For counselling and to make appointments, call 0613-71 11 01, Mondays to Fridays between 7:00-16:30.
You will be met by an answering machine, where you are asked to leave your personal data as well as your phone number. You will thereafter receive information on what time the nurse will call you back. All of the information is in Swedish.

If you want to order or renew a prescription you should also call 0613-71 11 01.

If you do not understand Swedish or if you have problems making yourself understood via the telephone, you can visit us instead. At the reception desk you will then be put on queue to talk to a nurse in person, and you will receive information on what time the nurse will be available to talk to you.
Some days a lot of people are calling/visiting us. Due to this, the waiting time can those days be a bit longer. If the waiting time is long, you can always leave our health care clinic and come back at the appointed time.
